Message from Club President

Dear Fellow Rotarians and Friends,
As we step into another purposeful Rotary year, I am deeply honored to serve as President of the Rotary Club of Butwal Downtown for 2025-26. Our club has long been a beacon of service and compassion in the soci- ety and I am excited to continue this legacy together with each of you.

I accept this responsibility with immense gratitude and humility. My sincere thanks go to all past presidents, senior members, and the entire Rotary fam- ily for your unwavering trust and support. I am especially grateful to Rtn. Jee- van Adhikari-our past president, mentor, and the one who welcomed me into the Rotary fold. His guidance continues to inspire my rotary journey.
This year, under the theme “Unite for Good,” our vision is to become one of the most vibrant and impactful clubs in our district. This goal is only possible through your collective dedication, enthusiasm, and unity.

Our focus will center on high-impact projects in education, healthcare, and envi- ronmental conservation-areas closely aligned with Rotary International’s action plan and focus areas. We also aim to empower youth, promote cultural exchange, and foster greater community engagement to build goodwill and lasting change.

To my fellow Rotarians, I pledge to lead with integrity, transparency, and un- wavering commitment to our shared values. To our incoming board mem- bers and officers, I look forward to a collaborative and inclusive leadership journey-one where every voice is heard, and every contribution valued.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our sponsors, guests, wings and well-wishers for making this year truly memorable. Your participa- tion in every activities and encouragement mean more than words can express.
